I had an appointment on Jan 4th at 11:100 am at Millbrook surgery. The doctor I saw and the receptionist on duty gave me excellent service - I cannot remember their names! Both ladies!!

Really grateful to the patient advisor who helped me to get the right appointment with the right person on Monday- she handled my distressed state firmly, kindly and addressed what I needed effectively. I received exactly the treatment and support I needed- and with such compassion from Dr Walters. The level of care, given the pressure you are all under, was humbling. So grateful.

I saw a GP who I've dealt with before & was helpful & communicative.

Opened the surgery a lot earlier after lockdown as local patients cannot easily get to the main surgery if they no longer drive or can't afford a car.
